Lindsay, Ontario - Ken Reid Conservation Area

Nestled in the heart of Kawartha Lakes, Ken Reid Conservation Area is a haven for nature enthusiasts, families, and explorers. The area preserves a diverse range of ecosystems, from dense forests and open meadows to the provincially significant McLaren’s Creek Wetland.

The park features 12 trails spanning nearly 12 kilometers, each offering a unique experience. Two boardwalks provide an immersive wetland adventure, while scenic viewpoints and an accessible observation platform allow campers to pause and enjoy the natural beauty.

Ken Reid includes a playground, picnic areas, a group camping site, and a designated off-leash dog park. The Victoria Rail Trail intersects the park, making it a hub for hiking, biking, and outdoor recreation.

Easily accessible via 277 Kenrei (Park) Rd., off Angeline St. or Highway 35, Ken Reid Conservation Area invites visitors to connect with nature and discover the beauty of Lindsay’s landscapes.
