- Cancellations before April 1, 2026
Families who cancel prior to April 1, 2026 will receive a full refund of camp fees.
- Cancellations with more than 4 weeks’ notice (after April 1, 2026)
A 50% refund of total fees will be issued.
- Cancellations with less than 4 weeks’ notice
Unfortunately, no refunds can be given.
Shortening Camp Enrollment
- Before April 1, 2026
If your child’s weeks are reduced before April 1, fees will be adjusted to reflect the new schedule and the difference refunded.
- After April 1, 2026
If weeks are reduced after April 1, fees will be adjusted to reflect the change, with a $50 per week, per child service fee deducted.
Additional Information
- Refunds will not be issued for camp closures due to weather.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Camp Director.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- If a spot is not available, your deposit will be refunded.
Note about Refund Policy Update:
The full refund deadline has been updated from May 1st to April 1st, 2026.
This change applies to all new registrations going forward. Families who registered under the previous May 1st deadline will still have until May 1st to request a full refund.
