Refund Before May 1st 2025 

Camp fees are 100% refundable  

Registrations cancelled with more than 4 weeks’ notice 

50% of total payment is refundable 

Registrations cancelled with less than 4 weeks’ notice 

No refunds 

Shortening before May 1st 2025 

Prior to May 1st 2025, your camp fees will be adjusted for the enrolled weeks and a refund will be issued 

Shortening after May 1st 2025 

After May 1st 2025, your camp fees will be adjusted for the enrolled weeks, less a service fee of $50 per week, per child 

• Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather. 
• Refund requests are to be made in writing to the Camp Director. 
• All refunds will be issued within 10 business days. 
• Your deposit is refundable if space is not available.
